It's very basic but you have everything that you need for a one night. The lady at the front desk was cold at first but after speaking with her for a few, she was every nice and helpful !

We had a great stay here. This is not a hotel for folks who need bells and whistles. The room had an actual key, just one. The room had a refrigerator and some tasteful furniture and felt like it could have been a spare bedroom more than a hotel. It was clean but not modern. The view of the water and the ability to sit outside the room was nice. There is a really cozy sitting area at the end of the 2nd floor with benches and tables that had folks playing games and chatting. There are also chairs and tables down by the river that you can sit on and enjoy the view. We had an excellent meal at the restaurant. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. This felt more like a gathering place than a hotel and it was wonderful. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

We did a road trip in the west and this is one of the most memorable stays! The rooms were really clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was amazing. We arrived at night to wake up the next morning at this wonderful sight...Some elements in the rooms are a bit dated but it didn't really make any difference during our stay (it mght have added some charm actually) and we didn't anticipate a luxury hotel after all. This is an excellent choice if you want to stay near the great sights Utah and Arizona have to offer and have a stay that you'll remember later. Totally recommended!

One of the better options to stay if you are visiting the Monument Valley National Park. Nothing much to say about the rooms, they were clean and spacious. We didn’t have any concern with the room or the bathrooms. Rooms have nice view and seating area outside. The biggest advantage of staying here is the view and the location. It is location on the banks of the San Juan river and the property is a cute blob on the extremely beautiful scenic background. Beautifully managed patio seating areas by the river. Separate smoking area. Pathway to walk down the river. Sweet and cute cats around. Coffee and microwave oven is available in the common area adjacent to the San Juan cafe. Staff were very friendly, informative and well behaved. Even when we were checking out, I left my AirPod in the room, they immediately notified me and made sure I get it before I completely move out.

You get great views and can take wonderful pictures at this place. The service was nice and very helpful, they know the best spots. I'm not sure about the rooms but they seem like they are a good price. There is more stuff to look at in the trading post, you're just going to come and see it for yourself

I honestly can’t say enough about this place!! We stayed for 4 nights and the moment we pulled in I was in love! It’s the cutest most cozy place! I love how comfortable the rooms are and spacious! They are very clean!! The view, the outdoor spaces/seating is amazing! The upstairs patio has new cushions and is such a great relaxing place in the evening! We got to see a horse by the river and walk along and explore! The cafe is absolutely delicious and the servers go above and beyond! We ate there probably 4 times!!!! Every single person we spoke to here made us feel at home, they gave us directions and ideas of places to check out! I didn’t want to leave! It is truly one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed! If you want a cozy spot with the greatest most kind people this is the place! Plus the beautiful landscape its tops!!!!!

Great rooms and a beautiful view of the river. Very reasonably priced. It is a quiet serene area. I would definitely stay there again. Brooke was so gracious helping with somethings I needed and stayed in contact with me after I left to make sure all was well. I truly appreciate all the help she gave me. A great employee and super awesome customer service.

Stumbled upon this motel on our way to Monument Valley 30 years ago. Charming location built into the side of a red rock formation next to the San Juan River. it is only a hop skip and jump to Monument Valley. Stayed again 20 years ago now that I am remembering. The room was good enough and the TV worked and we got a good night sleep.
